"The apartment is spacious (which is rare in Paris). It is big enough for 6 people, clean and in good shape, 2 showers and 2 toilets - ideal for this size group of people. Everything necessary is there - bathroom amenities, towels, utensils."

"Location. 50 Mt to metro. 50-100Mt to backerie, butcher , small shops, restaurants etc. Quite silence nights. Criterias for me: 1- fast check-in fast check-out 2- clean and comfortable bed 3- good internet 4-silence 5-hot water 6- good air conditioner 7- location."

"메트로에서 10초 컷이라 위치 진짜 가까움. 체크인, 체크아웃 간편함 학교와 주거지 주위라 치안 좋고 조용함 가까운 곳에 마트, 까페, 식당 등 번화가가 인접해서 편함 세탁기, 오븐, 전자렌지, 온갖 식기류 구비되었어서 아이들 있는 가족이 음식 해먹기 좋음 날이 추워서 테라스에 나가진 않았지만 테라스 있는게 시야가 확 트여서 좋음 암막커튼이라 밤에 잘때 좋음"

"청소가 안 되어 있어서 화장실, 거실 지저분함, 특히 소파와 식탁 의자가 전부 패브릭이라 진짜 더럽고 화장실에 물때 장난아님 패브릭 소파가 진짜 더럽고 얼룩과 오염이 많아서 앉아도 괜찮을까 하는 걱정이 듬. 집먼지 진드기 죽이는 비오킬 챙겨가서 미친듯이 뿌리고 사용함 먼지와 머리카락 뭉치가 구석구석 있음 화장실 휴지 안 줌, 알아서 사서 해결해야 됨 쓰레기 버리는 비닐 달라고 했는데 준다고 연락만 주고는 한번도 안줌"

"The apartment was perfect. It was well furnished without out being to much. The three bathrooms were set up perfectly except for the incredibly small sink in the one bathroom. There is reality no way to properly wash your hands in that one. The two doorways to the balcony was an awesome addition."

"Checking in was a nightmare. The instructions being take the elevator to the fourth floor then take two rights and then it is on the left. At first I thought that was sufficient until the cleaning lady told me I had the wrong door. She checked my reservation and sent me to the apartment next door however there was a really nice couple already staying there. Waiting for a couple of hours not knowing if we had a place to stay or not only to find out the first door was indeed the correct one really sucked. Especially after a very long flight. Would also liked to have known that there would be an elementary school playground literally right below our balcony and that school was still in session."
